Please provide us with complete information so that we can provide better services for you. Membership statistics are derived from members' registration information, however no specific member is named or referred to in the resultant statistical reports. Statistics are generally used to classify our members by, for example, industry and country. This information may be used to target our registered members for new services and promotions. Your e-mail address may be used to contact you regarding new services and products in which you may be interested.
Minors and Children

(b) Search or subscribe information from CIS Register.com
Member has the right to search or subscribe information posted on CIS Register.com by accessing to CIS Register.com or receiving E-mail. CIS Register is not responsible for the truth, accuracy, quality and timeliness of these leads.
Users are hereby made aware that there may be risks of dealing with people acting under false pretenses, and assume the risks of purchase and sale transactions when using the site to conduct transactions.
2 CIS Register reserves the right to change, update, modify and transfer service, functions and software at any time. CIS Register reserves further right to develop or set new module, function, software or other language service. These services of new module, function and software above still apply this service agreement, unless CIS Register has another notice. Members admit that CIS Register is not responsible for the damage caused by any delays, errors or omissions with respect to any communications or transmission under any situation. Members agree that they access to CIS Register in order to contact the third parties for business.
End of the Service
1 CIS Register has the right to refuse the application of membership or suspend/end your membership as following conditions:
2 Any item of this agreement or member service agreement if member offend.
3 CIS Register can end service at any time if we find member is ISP.
4 If one party to the agreement, except for the purpose of reorganization or mergers, is disbanded by the judgment of a court or the resolution, the receiving party or designated repreSendatives of creditor has right to end this agreement after informing the other party.
Cookies
Like most websites, CIS Register uses cookies to store users profile. A cookie is a piece of data stored on user's hard drive containing information about the user. 2 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of People's Republic of China ("PRC") without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties to this agreement hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nanjing, Jiangsu.
3 If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, then such provisions can be separated, while the rest is still legally binding.
4 The title of agreement is only established for reading convenient, not related with definition of terms, limitations, interpretation or description of its scope or boundaries.
5 CIS Register suspending or ending member's right because of member's negligence or default on the agreement cannot be considered as default of CIS Register.
